A 75-acre plot, grown into a 175-acre oasis.

In 2012, Jason and Sharon Romano started an unforgettable journey. What began as a 75-acre plot of land canopied with rolling hills of towering pine trees has now grown into a 175-acre oasis in East Texas.

Founded nine years ago out of a passion for the peaceful ambiance of the Florida beaches, our boutique resort is a haven for those seeking to savor year-round tranquility.

Today, the combined love of travel and desire to give folks a slower pace while keeping close to the major cities continues to drive us to create a unique East Texas experience.
